بعد قضاء أكثر من 11+ عاماً في صناعة فحص المعادن الثمينة، حددنا فجوة كبيرة في السوق. كان العديد من العملاء يضطرون للانتظار من 10 إلى 24 ساعة لاستلام تقارير الفحص الخاصة بهم. في سوق تتقلب فيه أسعار الذهب باستمرار، قد تؤدي هذه التأخيرات إلى خسائر مالية وفقدان فرص التداول.
كما لاحظنا أن بعض عمليات الفحص أسفرت عن فقدان غير ضروري للذهب، بينما أدت ممارسات الفحص غير المتناسقة أحياناً إلى تقارير نقاء غير دقيقة. ونتيجة لذلك، كان العملاء قد يفقدون قيمتهم دون علمهم عند شراء أو بيع أو استبدال أو تكرير معادنهم الثمينة.
TENX was born from real industry experience.
After spending more than 11+ years in the precious metals testing industry, we identified a significant gap in the market. Many clients were forced to wait anywhere from 10 to 24 hours to receive their testing reports. In a market where gold prices fluctuate constantly, these delays could result in financial losses and missing trading opportunities.
We also observed that some testing processes resulted in unnecessary gold loss, while inconsistent testing practices sometimes led to inaccurate purity reports. As a result, customers could unknowingly lose value when buying, selling, exchanging, or refining their precious metals.
